DONATIONS
The SCDA is happy to help whenever we can to help the public with oral hygiene products. Because we depend on dental supply companies for our inventory, a limited number will be sent.
Requirements:
All request must be made on letterhead and must include the following information:
- Reason for request (if you have a flyer of an event, you can send it with your request)
- How many items are you requesting
- What are the ages you are requesting items for?
- Address where we can mail the items
Please let us know if you would like your event posted on the website and let us know how your event went.
